I visited Dr Pack for a heel spur removal back in 2023. He did a procedure to supposedly file it down. After going to my chiropractor to take care of the pain (yes, it was back, on the same spot), the Xrays showed that the spur was certainly visible and still there. I personally sent him a letter with my concerns and issues, because I wasn't able to understand how I was still in pain. He, somehow was able to get out of the situation. I am now recovering, after another surgery, at another Drs clinic, where he proceeded to do a fascia release. The pain is now finally gone, after 4 years. For this reason I don't recommend Dr Pack's services as a professional Dr. Of course he gladly took my money. It's very frustrating to learn, by another Dr, that he (Pack) didn't do anything back then.

Very professional, organized, great office communication, no surprise bills afterwards. I’m no stranger to sports related injuries/ surgeries and I felt in very good hands here.
