This facility is negligent at best. I have never received such poor healthcare in my life. They have sent my anti-convulsant prescription to the wrong pharmacy for 4 months in a row. This month when I asked for a refill on my prescription I was told to get it from the neurologist. My neuro is out on medical leave and the only one in her office. I went back to Healthfirst and waited an hour for Sundaye West to scream and shout at me about how I was a junkie and that I sholdl just find another neuro. She said she would send thru a script for 10 pills and then never did. For those of you who odn't know, the average waiting time for a person with Medicare to get into a neurologist office is 6 months. Taking a person off a neurological medication isn't just negligent, it's down right dangerous and mean. Dr. K. Mac Kenzie, DVM, Zoology
The restrooms at this office were disgusting and smelled horrible. I couldn't even go. Obviously nobody cleans them or maintains them at all. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. I wouldn't recommend them in a million years. The Dr. Is good, but the front office is extremely rude and unhelpful. I've been a patient there for many years, but will be leaving this office because for the 2nd time this year, I have been a walk in at 3:30 pm and been denied service even though they were supposed to be open until 7. The front office made that call. As far as I'm concerned, if the front office doesn't care about the patient, neither does the Dr.. Apparently they don't need my insurance carriers money. I'll find a Dr. who does.
