About Me

Tamara has been working in the the public service field since 2000 as an advocate for wellness issues. She is a licensed mental health counselor and psychotehrapist in the state of Florida and works with a variety of people dealing with different issues related to families, teens, couples, children, marriage, career, depression, anxiety, OCD, and other issues that impact today’s society. Tamara strives to provide educational and therapeutic resources that can help support and improve quality of life.
