I forced myself out tonight for a 27 minute run. It was hell. I ate very badly today - cooked breakfast, burger and chips, mince pie, chocolate - and it showed when I ran. The food was weighing me down. But I ploughed on. Feeling good now, although another late night!
Just got home after a pretty good and fun kung-fu lesson. We did plenty of light sparring training, with arm conditioning, leg conditioning, and lots of applications. It got a little complex near the end of the class, but overall I had a great workout. Looking forward to the next lesson!
