About MassagebyAnnT

I graduated in 2005 from Heritage Institute in Jacksonville, Fl completing a 900 hr massage program that emphasized advanced therapeutic skills and techniques.
In addition I completed the following seminars: Neck/Should/Low Back/Hip Pain Protocols; Muscle Energy Techniques; and Thai Yoga Massage 1. Over the duration of my massage career I have developed a gentle therapeutic approach to soft tissue restriction release that works with the body rather than forcing release, a common therapist error, by asking the tissue to let go at its own pace and the clients emotional readiness to let go. Often emotionl stress and pass trauma manifest in the soft tissues. Until the client has a balanced state of mind the soft tissue will not release restictions until the mental aspect is healed. We are mind, body, and spirit. All are relative to and effect another.
All your questions, concerns, and therapeutic needs are addressed each session.
