Scheduled an appointment about two weeks away. Was offered choices when I asked. Waited a few minutes when there, not extreme. I'm confident I received attentive care. They were polite and helpful. Later, they helped me over the phone. A professional organization...

A word of advice; they are understandably booked. I missed an appointment (called and cancelled) and had to wait a month or so for the next available appointment. This was not for an immediate issue but a regular check-up.
