I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. It was extremely helpful in my case to have a doctor that was knowledgeable in psychiatry and a family practitioner so that both areas could be managed comprehensively.
