Great Staff... excellent, professional, personable
Very helpful. My first child delivered by Dr Garcia assisted by Dr L Villanueva. My second child delivered by Dr L. Villanueva assisted by Dr Aspuru.
Annually, I visit either Dr Villanueva or Priscilla. They have been the best always professional and caring.

I received horrible service and care from Atlanta Gwinnett Women's Specialists. It was the worst doctor's office I've ever experienced! Most unprofessional and incompetent staff I've ever encountered. The front desk did not give me any helpful information and was supposed to give me a packet of financial info on my first visit that I never received. Nobody there knows what is going on and as this was my first pregnancy I was unaware of many procedures they were not doing. I was never offered any information about what was going on during my appointments and I was never offered any prenatal tests or explanations of anything. After many of my friends questioned why I had not receive any tests I asked the office and was told that I didn't need it. By this time i was in my second trimester. However all other expectant mothers I spoke with said they were all offered various prenatal testing. After speaking to my insurance, BCBS, I was told I should only owe one co-pay for all my prenatal services, Atlanta Gwinnett women's specialists made me pay a co-pay every time I visited. When I questioned my insurance about this I was told they were mischarging me. After question the billing coordinator, Judy Mobley, I received an extremely rude phone call from Dr. Villanuevas wife, Cora Villanueva. This woman has absolutely no customer service skills and accused me of not wanting to pay and how I needed to pay them the full deductible and all the copays I had been charged immediately. I tried to explain to her the questions from my insurance and how I had been billed for services never rendered, but she rudely told me to find another doctor. I found her behavior shockingly appalling. I then asked if I could speak to the doctor about my situation and she curtly said no he would not discuss any billing matters with me, when said I wanted to discuss his office staff she cut me off and said I could but she was his wife and she would make sure to tell him for me. I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional she was. Due to her the office has lost a customer for good and hopefully no other pregnant women will call into their trap. Now that I've found a new doctor I realized how terrible and inadequate the service really was. Please for your health and your baby's health find a much more knowledgeable and professional practice!
