Dr Pemberten is very nice, sweet and kind doctor. She made me feel relaxed in my labor and delivery. she is very soft spoken and she explained me everything very professionally. Joann midwife working with her is also nice n great person. They both were really friendly and answered my all questions. her staff is nice too and office very nice n clean. I wished I had her 2 year ago too. She changed my difficult time of delivery into easy time.

Dr. Pemberton is one of the best! She really takes her time answering questions and has a wonderful bedside manner. Professional, caring and an expert in her field. Beautiful office and great office staff.

Yes, they were the fastest I've seen and very polite

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was so impressed with everything about this office. First the waiting room is comfortable and relaxing (waterfall), they even have bottled water available for patients. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Check-in before I even arrived at the office was a breeze with the online patient portal. They explained I can communicate with the doctor and staff via this portal which is something that is important to me. I did not wait at all and was immediately triaged with the wonderful medical assistants and placed in the room (TVS in all the exam rooms)! I met the doctor who was great. She listened to my concerns and alleviated my anxieties while explaining everything to me. I did not feel rushed. I need to have Robotic surgery and Dr. Pemberton will be performing this procedure. I feel very confident with my choice for this surgery with her. When I was leaving there were a few people checking in and everyone was discussing what a wonderful doctor Dr. Pemberton is. I highly recommend her to everyone looking for an OB/GYN.
