I did feel a little less pain after my chiropractic treatment, but nothing major. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

... seriously! With no exaggeration, I give him and everyone in the Paoli Chiropractic office the best of 'grades'. I am extremely picky when it comes to doctors and I was always met with friendly people who immediately make you feel at ease. I've also had the displeasure of meeting self-absorbed, unfriendly doctors as well... Dr. Joel is the parenthetical opposite of this stereotype. Nowadays, it's really hard to find someone in the medical field who truly cares about the patient. Dr. Joel most definitely does. He has helped me through a difficult time in my life when I was diagnosed with a congenital back problem that other doctors told me I'd most definitely need surgery to ease the pain. Dr. Joel disagreed and helped me set up an exercise program to naturally help my body to correct itself. I still have flare-ups but generally, almost two years after the initial diagnosis, I'm doing great. It wasn't just what he taught me, it was how he did it... I always felt like things were going to be OK when I talked to him. He always made himself available if I needed help or advice. That, to me, is at the heart of any type of healing -- having someone feel that they actually have the power to diminish the severity of their problem. I have recommended him to family members and friends alike because I have confidence that he can help. I told him that his slogan should be, "Walk in like a question mark, come out like an exclamation point!" A bit hokey... but true! :) He is truly an awesome doctor and an amazingly caring person. If you are looking for a chiropractor who truly will care about getting you better, one who is most definitely not out for anything other than the main goal of easing whatever back ailment you may have, then you seriously will find that in Dr. Joel. Thanks for everything you've done to help me, doc! :-) John C.
