My first contact with Dr. Zimmerman I had already been diagnosed with a bulging disc in my lumbar spine, and had been limited to bed rest for 8 weeks. I was unable to stand up straight due to muscle spasms in my back. I decided to try Chiropractic because I really had little to lose. He adjusted my back the first day, but due to muscle spasms it did little good. After one day of muscle relaxers he was able to manipulate the disc back into place and I was quickly back to my typical activity level. He really is the best! Very friendly and professional.
