They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. At some of the other places I've been to, the chiropractor had super cold hands, so I was a little nervous I would have to deal with that here, but I didn't at all. I was more comfortable than I've ever been anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
