Very unprofessional doctor. Appears to be very friendly in the beginning process. However, once your pushed into yet another unneeded visit. The cooperation to get documents signed by the doctor was less than timely. They had someone outside the office come in to give a final bill. The doctor was very unprofessional in response to requests from the insurance agent's repeated attempts to finalize the settlement. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I really loved that they offered on-site X-Rays. It was so convenient, and I didn't have to spend any extra time driving somewhere else to get them done.
