I've been going here for years. I always feel great when I leave his office. It's always a pleaseant experience. The only complaint I have is I wish the cost was more <url removed> it was I'd go more often.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Super friendly, and a great friendly spirit.. Except for the weird clerk o.O Other than that, Dr. Twogood was fantastic!

They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
