The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all.

Normally doctors want to make you "symptom free". However I didn't just want to not feel bad, I wanted to feel GREAT. Dr Joe helped me so much to take away the migraines, improve my ability to exercise comfortably, and just in general put me into the best health I've ever known. Going from "I feel fine" to "I feel fantastic!" just walking around the house is an amazing experience. He has a very complete approach to wellness that involves not just the traditional chiropractic spine-alignment stuff, but nutrition as well and all sorts of modern non-invasive techniques.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
