Dr. Balin's office and staff are top notch. I have been to visit chiropractors since I was a teenager. I've had numerous sports injuries and several chiropractors. Dr. Balin is the best chiropractor that I have ever experienced. He and his staff are the best you will find in the Houston/Katy area.

I am a huge advocate of chiropractic care/holistic healing, so was pleased to see this office down the street from my house. I called the phone number today to inquire about transferring from out of state and to book a new patient appointment. To my surprise a very young girl answered the phone. Her verbal skills were not strong and she was unable to answer my questions and made me doubt making an appt. When I asked a question regarding infant chiropractic care, she couldn't answer the questions and redirected my call to another associate. The other associate was more helpful, but also turned me off in the tone of her voice when we spoke about insurance. They do not accept Cigna, but didn't want to speak to me regarding the type of insurance we have...which is slightly different and covers/pays all claims made (we are expatriates from Katy, but work/live in Luanda, Angola, Africa). I would have made the appt and paid out of pocket and gotten reimbursed if not for the snappy/snobby way she told me they don't take Cigna, like it was insurance for the poor people...which is odd for chiropractic because they are usually more forth coming in getting all to recieve their services. I give this a 2 star for customer service and first impressions...
