SCAMMERS! They tried to overcharge me despite having a really good insurance. My insurance had to call back to request a refund.
I visited again in March to request prescription for topical cream due to my rescue having mange and I had noticed a small patch of bumps on my thigh. Nothing major. They insisted on a blood/allergy test (even though I do not get allergies) and promised results would be back no longer than 10 business days. A month later, they finally called me (back, mind you) and since, I have stopped by twice to closed doors and have attempted to call on 3 occasions with no answer. I just looked into my billing to see that they have charged my insurance with $3,000 in "laboratories" with no description of procedures. They must have time for a lawsuit coming their way because they are now under investigation! (Also, you might as well not pay for insurance because they charge the uninsured 1/3 of the cost!)
