They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. They charged my insurance for an entire years worth of appointments up front saying that i needed to make a commitment- though i never agreed to this. My insurance company told me that he was warned NOT to do this many times before. Berardis have scared parents to bringing their babies in for unwarranted chiro care. Steer clear away from Berardis. His diagnosis is full of crap.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a great staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
