scheduling is a nightmare. Twice they have told me a different time than what they put down for the actual appointment and neither time have I been able to get in

Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid
