The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.I was very comfortable the entire time. Dr. Penna really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told him where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here and Dr. Penna has a wonderful sense of humor... he keeps you in stitches. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I am a new patient as of 06/18/12 and I felt great after my first appointment and I have a follow-up appointment today.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
