Dr. Phillips is a exceptional physician, very caring and patient no matter how trivial the question. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The abidance of the office is extremely warm and friendly. I would highly recommend him to family, friends, and other co-workers..

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
