Health insurance is never fun to try and shop around and figure out, Mike made it very easy though. Very professional from start to finish and his staff is equally friendly, you can tell they care and really appreciate the business. The cherry on top was the excellent rate/plan they found us.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.
