I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I would recommend them to others, especially my friends and family. I was happy with their care and would like to pass on my good experience to others.

I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. I wasn't stiff at all after my appointment. They are always very careful, and make sure I'm always comfortable. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Vijay Patel, D.C. puts in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. Vijay Patel, D.C. always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! Vijay Patel, D.C. has given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips! They know how important it is for my recovery! I had really bad neck and shoulder pain and after a few visits it went away. Amazing! I will definitely go back!
