The table I laid on during my treatment was so comfortable. I loved the table so much I probably could have fallen asleep on it. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I trust them completely to always have my best interest in mind. They've never pressured me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary, and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don't bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. Since the first experience I had with the office was the parking situation, I started off on the right foot! The parking was easy to find and available. From the moment I walked in the door, I realized how respected this acupuncturist was among the staff! The numerous staff members told me how great they were and it really made me feel privileged to be apart of the practice! Its great that they always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting long and are so quick to reply.

I loved how calm and soothing the appointment was. Nobody was argumentative or easily angered and that immediately calmed my nerves. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best place to go for acupuncture. They uphold a very strong professional reputation. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
