Very grateful that we were able to find this place for my sister. She loves the activities, the food and says the staff is fabulous. We love going to visit her, she is very happy here. Recommend to anyone looking for a great place for family.

I was very hesitant on finding a home for my mother, until I found Veranda house. They made us feel welcome and at home from the minute we walked in the door. Great staff! Great rooms! Lots of activities! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones to reside.

Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My loved one definitely doesn't get 24-hour care or supervision. In fact, they barely get any care or supervision at all. Most of the time, my loved one is left on their own. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They have mad some SERIOUS medication errors that have put my loved one's health at risk. This is NOT the level of service we expect and pay for. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. This caretaker was friendly enough. I was somewhat satisfied with their bedside manner.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have no doubt that my loved one will get the best care available here. They have some of the most qualified staff I've ever seen. Every resident there looked fantastic. I could tell the staff takes an extra amount of time grooming and dressing the residents, which I think is fantastic. It really helps the residents to be able to take pride in their appearance. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
