They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important.

I bought a groupon microdermabrasion from this practice. When i called to schedule it was 6 weeks before i could get in. Then they cancelled b/c someone was sick and rescheduled for 2 days later. When i arrived and signed in there was no acknowlegement of my presence even though i was the only one there. After waiting over 30 minutes they had me fill out some paperwork, then the "nurse" took me and and explained they could not do the procedure b/c there are alot of guidelines you have to follow and their receptionist was not very good and didnt tell people. She also went into alot of personal stuff about the practice and the selling of over 400 groupons and she was only one person. She practically advised me to get a refund so i have requested one from Groupon. This practice needs a lesson in professionalism and integrity.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
