I was over promised and under delivered. I agree that they are Scientologist and I heard them talking about different levels of awareness or something like that. Sounded like someone was getting emotionally blackmailed. The one star is for the girl who did my first visit. She was friendly and informative but the rest was a blur. I didn't feel comfortable starting care because the physician told me I need injections and she kept trying to sell that. She was very pushy and rough every time she touched me. I left the first day hurting more in places I had no pain prior and as a result didn't want to come back. The place is very chaotic and not to mention the hour and a half wait before being seen by any physician.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

The place is run by SCIENTOLOGISTS. They will do whatever they can to get you to continue coming, but with little or no results MUCH of the them. Their business practices are soley scientology related, they have NO ACTUAL physical therapists, just medical assistants.

Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They exaggerated their abilities, and made me think they could do a lot more for me than they actually could. I was given false hope. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.

Their staff was very friendly which is why they get at least one star. But the chiropractor was always in a hurry because she was always overbooked. Her main objective was just to get as many people in to make money to open another office and that put her service at no stars. Also when I reviewed the bill I noticed over charging (saying I had gone twice in one day) several times over the course of 5 months. They refuse to honor a coupon that was given for the first day to be no charge and I paid up front for the visits they recommended and they refuse to reimburse for the visits I do not want to use.
