They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more.

I love Dr. Maddox and his staff. They are all so kind and caring, and you can tell they enjoy working together. He is a great doctor, and never makes me feel like he is going to hurt me. He sends me home with stretches and other instructions to help improve my condition. I feel that he is truly interested in helping his patient, and not just getting paid.

I was really glad that they customized their treatment to address my condition instead of just giving me general adjustments. Their treatment was much more effective that way. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. Kyle really seems to care about you, the patient.
