They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, I didn't notice an improvement

Yes, it never fails. I'm put on hold forever when I call

Definitely! They customized their treatment for my condition, and it was very effective

Michael Marino, D.C. would never use foul language! They always go the extra effort to be polite and courteous! The chairs in Michael Marino, D.C.'s waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. Michael Marino, D.C. always has an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I felt better than I have in years when I left my appointment with Michael Marino, D.C.. I never feel stiff at all.
