They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

This provider is horrible!!! All the personnell is concerned with is maintaining thier employment, they are rude, disrespectful, and hurtful. There is no concern with the patients they call consumers! If you really need the services pineland claims to provide, i beg of you to go elsewhere, I have a friend who went thru this program and is dead now, and they say its because she didnt complete their aftercare, bullshit she did, I was their at her admittance and discharge. They use her blowing her head off with a shotgun to scare consumers to stay in their programs years and years
