The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They always return my phone calls within a day or so. I've never had to wait long. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They're almost always able to answer my questions over the phone. It's so nice not having to drive down there for an appointment every time I want an answer to my question. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
