I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was nervous that I was going to be numb or stiff after my adjustments, but I felt absolutely fantastic when I left. It's obvious that they are experts at what they do and I feel very safe under their care. The equipment they used during my adjustment was very advanced and sophisticated. It made me much more comfortable knowing that I was getting the most safe, current treatment. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Excellent chiropractor! Dr. Wood helped me with hip pain when physical therapy could not.

I felt much better after my appointment. My pain was greatly reduced. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I continue going there to keep from locking up from daily tensions and am treated with friendly, couteous service from both Dr. Wood and the staff. I've noticed nothing but a friendly, helpful attitude from everyone there, not to mention his expert care. All the people I've recommended him to have met with great success under his care.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. One thing I didn't like, was that they didn't update me at all about how I was progressing, or where I was at in the recovery process. I went in to my appointments with no idea about how long I would have to keep coming, or how soon I would be fully recovered. Dr. Wood was not very helpful and his bedside manners were a bit off. I am never going here again.
