Dr. Alter is amazing. I've been to many chiropractors and osteopaths in my life, but he's made such a remarkable difference that we drive an hour each way to see him. I've also sent family members and friends to him, and he's proven amazing for them too. He practices advanced atlas orthoganol, which very few doctors practice. It's extremely gentle, and it's had absolutely life changing results. It's literally changed the quality of our lives where nothing else worked. He uses a variety of other techniques as well, and he's so amazingly effective. I tried to find other doctors more local who could do what he does, but they just didn't do it as well. As a person, he's delightful. Honest, smart, supportive and fun. We look forward to seeing him. Medically speaking, he'll explain anything in very easy to understand terms, and he'll tell you the truth. I never feel like he's trying to manipulate me into buying more services as some doctors do. Plus he's helped me with other health issues even when he's gotten nothing in return (except my gratitude). He's just really kind. His office staff are absolutely lovely. They're incredibly supportive, and they offer customer service that should be the standard for every single doctor's office. Also I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor, and often we're let in immediately. So I can't stress enough how great I think Dr. Alter and his staff are, and I highly recommend him.
