They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. It's frustrating having to wait so long to hear back from them after I call. I usually have to wait at least a week. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend them to others. I didn't have a good experience. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong.
