Talliaferro admitted me against my will a few years ago and I was not a threat to myself or anyone else. They did not make sure I took the medication I was given (I spit it in the toilet several times) and the doctor was not good at all. Now my brother is in need of mental health care and they refused to treat him because HE said he was not a danger to himself or anyone else, even though he admitted he attacked my mother and that she had every right to press charges. The woman Stacia who is supposed to be intake case worker sent him away with a smile and told us she had no idea who could actually help him. She was very unconcerned and if he kills himself or someone else, I guess they won't care.

I waited forever for my appointment!

A little, it was faint but I noticed one
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
