With all respect I feel it is my responsibility to come forth and share this information because this is a site that gives personal feedback from experiences with businesses or professionals

The Position of a 730 evaluator Is one of the most serious positions that a person can acquire in a professional career for it impacts children that are innocent in a divorce or custody case the position is also a very lucrative one

With that said from personal experience Dr. Harrison does not meet the standards at the minimum level to be a 730 valuator the position requires honesty integrity and
Requires the 730 evaluator to be unbiased at all times

I always felt that there was something about Dr Shirley that did not seem right so I did a little investigation and I will share with you the reality of who she is

With all respect the doctor lied to the state of California just to keep her business open about attending some mandatory classes

When she was audited she claimed that she did take the classes to the state auditor when
The state investigated and realized that she did not

her license was suspended and she was fined
And issued a citation

If the doctor can lie about attending certain classes when she did not she can most definitely lie and destroy your family In one stroke of a pen

Last but not least the doctor while under penalty of perjury claimed that she did take those classes when she knew that she didn't simply to keep her doors open

Kudos to the state auditor thank You for posting the citation online to the public

The records of the Board reflect that on December 10, 1982, the Board issued Licensed Marriage and Family
Therapist license number LMFT 17852 to Shirley Jean Harrison. Said license expires on March 31, 2018,
unless renewed.
Citation
A citation containing a fine and Order of Abatement is hereby issued to you in accordance with Title 16,
California Code of Regulations Sections 1886, 1886.20, 1886.30, and 1886.40 for the violation(s) described
below.
Applicable Statutes and Regulations
Pursuant to Business and Professions Code Section 4980.54, "... (c) Except as provided in subdivision (e), the
board shall not renew any license pursuant to this chapter unless the applicant certifies to the .board, on a form
prescribed by the board, that he or she has completed not less than 36 hours of approved continuing education
in or relevant to the field of marriage and family therapy in the preceding two years, as determined by the
board.
Pursuant to Business and.Professions Code Section 4980.54,"... (d) The board shall have the right to audit the
records of any applicant to verify the completion of the continuing education requirement. Applicants shall
maintain records of completion of required continuing education coursework for a minimum of two years and
shall make these records available to the board for auditing purposes upon request.
Violation of Section 4982(b) of the Business and Professions Code, which states as follows:
Securing a license or registration by fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation on any application for licensure or
registration submitted to the board, whether engaged in by an applicant for a license or registration, or by a
licensee in support of any application for licensure or registration.

Was this provider late to your appointments?
Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me
Was it easy to find parking at this psychologist's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

I had a simpliar experience as BrokenHeart I love my son and all I wont is to be in my sons life. The women I had a child with has thrown every obstacle in my way to keep a son away from his dad. DR, Harrison evaluated us and seen that the mother of my child has lied to keep me away but still took her word and ran with her reconmmendations.
she acted like she listened to everything I said and knew what was going on.
Dr. Harrison is ONLY PRO MOM!! Not Pro child
Dr. Harrison should be stript of her license, she does not care about the children.
I have never seen a more biased recommendation, she takes the mother at their word.

I was surprised that my divorce suddenly included my young daughter because of the lack of cooperation from the mother. I am a very good parent and just because I am a father I felt as though nothing I said mattered to the court. I was seen as the parent creating conflict. The parent with anger issues. The parent that all of a sudden became violent. This could be further from the truth. Dr. Harrison was court appointed and soon I found myself in her office. I felt that she truly listened to me and understood what I was trying to say. How I felt. But when I read the report it was completely opposite of what I thought. Some how my ex was able to convince this doctor that it was all me. I didn't have an affair she did! I didn't leave the house once my daughter fell asleep, she did! I didn't wreck the car because I was too drunk! she did! yet some how my ex manipulated this apparent experienced psychologist that is obviously gullible and was tricked by the most evil twisted woman I have ever met. My attorney called her a true professional con artist. I now have to jump through hoops and run through fire to see my daughter. I once had a happy loving relationship but this woman tore all that down and my daughter is very reserved with me now. I am completely devastated and it brings me to tears to see such a pretty little girl caught in the middle. She seems so confused and it definitely has created conflict in her own little mind. Thanks to the Judicial System and their stance of knowing what is in the best interest of my daughter. It all stems from the mother's need for more money in her pocket. She might say that she cares for my daughter but if she did she would not have dragged her through the mud with her. Dr. Harrison acts like she understands you but she used everything I said against me and everything the mother said against me and the mother was portrayed as an angel. I would not allow this Dr. to do any sort of custody evaluation. If she is court appointed ask for some one different immediately!!!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
