They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. One thing I noticed right away about their office was how dirty it was. I'm usually not bothered if everything's not perfectly clean, but it was filthy here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
