All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Terrible!!!!! I bought a groupon and then they refused to see me and they never pick up the phone. DON"T GO THERE!!!!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

They are as crooked as the backs they are SUPPOSE to fix. He had told me ahead of time what the visits would cost. He didn't tell me how many visits were included in the original agreement until I owed an additional $100 or so. He blamed this on his receptionist and then claimed that the person who did the shock tests (to detect clots/pinched nerves) ran off with the money they paid him. He also said he was suing them. When I called them to set up payments, guess who had NOT ran away! When I tried to get him to call me back, he had his mom call me back! He said he would help find this person, but amazingly the call never came. My husband is a disabled vet so we have very little money. He also made his back worse!

If your looking for a good chiropractor DO NOT go to Brentwood Chiropractic. They constantly change the hours of operation (without notification), the staff (including Dr. Sanford) are rude and completely ignorant about how to run a business, and worst of all they are downright crooks. I would go in and they would tell me all I owed at the time of service was a co-pay then a year later they would hit me with a huge bill for hundreds of dollars only to find out they had never even billed my insurance company! Then after I paid they called me another six months later and tried to bill me for appointments on days I was never even in the office and when I refused, they threatened to turn me over to a collection agency. Dr. Sanford constantly tried to talk us into equipment we didn't want and then tried to bill our insurance company for it without our permission! The office staff is in constant turnover and they get worse with each go-round. Oh, and the most important piece...you will hurt worse than when you came in. STAY AWAY. You're looking for healer, not a stealer.

Don't be fooled. This practice is a blight to the medical profession. I don't know who should be held accountable, the negligent office staff, or the doctor who doesn't seem to know what's going on in his own office. I too was a living social participant, who loved the first visit, enough to invest in a "package" that would help my condition. When I had to stop treatments because of relocation, they refused to refund my credit, and didn't return my calls for 2 months! I was left with no other option than to file a claim with my credit card company and insurance. Don't buy into that southern charm, because you'll get charmed right out of your money!
