I've been bringing my children here for several years. Today, I had an appointment for all 4 of my children, but unfortunately ran into car trouble and I'm getting my car towed to the dealer, so I immediately called (3 hours before scheduled appointment) and cancelled my appointment (yes, I know it's same day), which I've never done before. They have now told me that I will never be able to schedule all 4 of my children together due to this cancellation. Mind you, I've never done this before in all the years I've brought my children here. They once messed up my appointment and asked I come in at an earlier time, which thankfully I was on maternity leave, so I had the flexibility to make it work. Yet, they cannot even give a one-time cancellation grace. They could have at least given me the option to pay a cancellation fee. With 4 children, I need that to be able to schedule my kids on the same day or else I'd be having to take off work several times for them to be seen. The girl over the phone was very unsympathetic to the situation. Sadly, I'll now be searching for a new dentist office.

This is the best dental office I've taken my son to yet. They make it so where your child looks forward to going to the dentist. The first time we went, I went in the exam room with my son and they had a flat screen tv on the ceiling so my son could watch Disney cartoons while the dentist cleaned his teeth. The staff is real nice and I would highly recommend them to all parents of small childen
