Ours was help with a problem from outside the state of N.C.. I could not have asked for better or speedied results, he made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. He was
warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

It was very easy to communicate with Cecil. Even though it was his day off, he responded to me very quickly. It was best for me to see him soon and he was able to see me the next morning. His office is very convenient, easy to find, and near downtown. Cecil was easy to work with. He was empathetic to my situation while providing direct instructions and suggestions. He clearly communicated the next steps and how we are going to follow up with each other. I highly recommend Cecil for anybody who needs his services.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I found it very easy to talk honestly.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I felt welcome at their office. They were friendly and made me feel at home.
