Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They were extremely careful to always keep me covered and comfortable during my massage. They are always very respectful, and I've never felt exposed during my massage. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They knew so much about the different types of massages. They were able to do massages that I had never even heard of before.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were able to customize my massage to make sure my injury wasn't aggravated, and even asked me before my massage if there was any injuries they should be aware of. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Every single time I visit, they vary their technique so I don't get the same massage every time. They are extremely knowledgeable. Shelly is very kind and makes you comfortable and the massages are awesome and wonderful. She helped me feel better and was also what I would call a life coach and a knowledgeable teacher.
