They are so kind and caring and want to do the very best for their clients. I know I can always count on them. Their office was well organized and clean. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered and Ms. Avery even had some suggestions for herbal approaches to my problems in addition to the acupuncture treatments. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest acupuncture conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into their practice. I have recommended Ms. Avery to several friends and they, too, are very satisfied with their progress.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They were absolutely amazing. Everything is done right and it's such a pleasant experience. I appreciated all of the attentiveness. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No. It was a calm appointment.

i had never even thought about acupuncture for myself before i visited ms. avery. i was completely blown away by the whole experience- in the door to out.
this lady knows her stuff, has a great bedside manner, and provides a clean, quiet, calm environment in which to relax and heal.
i am not only satisfied, i am totally impressed.

They have always been persistent in finding the solution. Their primary concern is my health, safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They definitely take customer satisfaction and peace of mind into account. The staff was able to answer every single question I had. They always dress professionally the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and a very professional appearance. Veronica's treatments have changed my family's lives. I would recommend her practice to anyone looking for natural healing.
