Current insurance programs cover your children until they are 26 years old, but that does not give the right of the medical billing department the right to decide to bill the parent if the adult child does not pay the bill. Doing so ruins the parents credit in an attempt to get them to pay the adult child's bill. When the child is living on their own and paying their own bills, they are an adult and responsible for their own bills. This facility will charge you in an attempt to obtain their payment. Inquiries with billing management gets no results other than them telling you that you can pay the payment to get it off of your credit even though it is not your bill.
