Former employee. Please for the love of god, do not send your family members here. While the unit staff does try to help out the patients, administration does not. They only seem your loved one as a dollar sign. They literally sit in treatment team meetings and try to figure out how they can keep patients there longer. This is not a therapeutic environment. The units are dangerously understaffed. They accept patients who do not have acute psych problems. They allow for patients who have an extensive history of assault and violence to be on the units with the other patients, and do not have the support to provide proper care. This place should be shut down
