Somewhat confusing on the first visit, but all where helpful and polite. Be prepared to wait. Haven't made a second visit, so can't say if it gets easier.

I am currently living in another state, working in a good hospital. I am amazed at the poor comments and reviews from other people. The most frequent complaint is waiting times. Come on people! I haven't been to a hospital much in my life as a patient but I do understand some about hospitals across the nation. Its simple, its not a Sonic burger joint. Your going to face triage. Do people understand how triage works? The most critical patients are seen first. If your waiting understand that there are other patients who are in worse shape. Let them been taken care of and wait patiently! Appreciate the staff not just for your care but for the large volume of patients this hospital needs to care for. Yes, I had to wait. I received quality care for simple general health. I knew I had to wait before I even went there. I was prepared. I had reading material. Staff was nice, really nice, polite, just "good people". Patients that were waiting just like me seemed very nice. The place was clean and well kept from what I experienced. I have no place to complain.

The staff is good except their attitudes are not. I also dont think its fair that if your not indian you CANT go back if you cant make it to your six week pp check up and they WONT reschedule it and they WONT see you at all. They should at least be nice enough to let you reschedule the appointment no matter what. I will not go back ever again
