The Emergency Room nurses, doctor, Cray tech were compassionate & kind. They made me feel they truly cared & were there for me alone. Great people, great place!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

No, but they said they were going to!

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

I waited longer than I wanted to, but it wasn't terrible
