My mom was sent to the shattuck after her neck surgery at bmc the stupid nurses didn't put the bed lock on and she fell they didn't even know till 3 days later she had to go back to bmc to have a emergency operation on her neck they then sent her back to the shattuck . The air conditions had mold in them. We took pictures the nurses are so rude . Don't accidentally end up on the 8th floor that's the men's incarceration unit there also floors for infectious contagious some have tb or cdiff there also. Part for the homeless so don't expect much at the front of the build they all get in a big crowd and smoke pot and ask for change . Then you have people who are in the psych ward just roam around outside the only thing I did like was once my mom was feeling better we where able to do picnics and walk around the park witch the family enjoyed . I also have to give it up for the cafeteria they have some pretty good service good food and actually descent people .
