I have purchased my glasses for a couple of years at this store now. I recently purchased some sun glasses. They were out of adjustment so I went in to get them adjusted. The manager I think - Michael was the only one there to help me. I asked that he pull the whole side of the frames in like the ones I had ordered from, he told me they didn't need that. So finally after his third time back and forth it was very apparent that he was only there to show me how smart he was and forget what ever the customer wants. I finally just decided to leave and go back another time when I could get someone to help me that would listen to me. This man really needs to get a breath mint and work on his customer service skills in my book. Good thing I had already paid for them or I would have gone somewhere else to order the glasses.
They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The office was easy enough to find. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. BUT the fee at the end of the appointment was NOT what they quoted me on the way in. Beware of hidden fees
