Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

I have not had my eyes checking in many years. Doctor Bak was friendly and efficient. He even caught a minor eye trama I had as a child and asked about it (even though I had totally forgot about it!). I worked with the eyglass staff right afterwards for computer reading glasses. This is the way it should be. I must say I was a little weary going into a Walmart for this but I can see this is the future.

They were always very considerate and professional. the lady that makes you appts was rude and needs to be talked to. she has a very smart mouth but i complained and he said he would handle it. when i went back to pick up my contacts she was a lot nicer.
