We have been seeing Dr. Iken for several years for plantar wart removal. He has always done an excellent job helping us. However, recently, we went to him because my daugther injured her foot. He wrapped it and put her on crutches and said it was probably a sprain. A few days later he took an xray and told us that there was no break. He specifically showed us on the xrays where others would say it was a break but it is the growth plate and not a break. My daughter stayed on crutches for 2 weeks. (not a boot) and then he took her off and told her to begin walking. She continued to be in pain. He told her it was the healing process. I went for a 2nd opinion and found out her foot was broken at the growth plate. She walked on a broken foot for 2 weeks because of his misdiagnosis. I am not happy! Her healing process has been delayed and she is now missing the entire sport season.

My overall experience with this provider would rank them as the best I've been to. His office always makes sure to return my phone call as soon as possible; they've never left me waiting more than half a day. The waiting room here is adequate (not large though). They were totally upfront about the costs and I knew what to expect so I could plan ahead. Dr. Iken knows what he is doing. You will get much better care from him than you could get in an emergency care center. He will wrap your foot exactly as is needed instead of getting a sloppy boot that will not help your foot. Dr. Iken knows how to really help you and I highly recommend his services.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
